I like that you got down to Maxine's level to take the photo, it would have been nicer had both eyes been visible. She has a friendly expression on her face

Nice expression and DOF which really shows her character, only negative I would say from the shot would be that it would look great with a tad of PP to even out the background as the light vertical (doorway?) above her head is a bit distracting although nothing major
