not that bad for first attempt...what lens did you use? ,did you use tripod or monopod..mark

Thanks for the comment Mark. I used a Nikon 105 macro lens, Hand held.

a little soft in focusing, but a good effort for hand held- I prefer a tripod, make the focusing a tad easier

not a bad first attempt, how are you focussing af or manual, manual is better and move the camera back and forth to get in focus (never used a tripod to restricting).

I agree move the camera free hand- although I DO prefer a tripod or monopod
