(the crop isn't great which is my fault for not thinking about it before taking the shot)

Wow, some great shots there! must have been perfect timing

I have tried with fly's and bees before but they were either blurry or had flown off by the time I had them in focus ha!

but its all learning

Try a spider in a web... if its not breezey They don't move as much.

Using a flashgun and a very sturdy tripod hepled me out no end
