Hi all, first post from a newbie!

I currently have a d5100 and am looking at upgrading to FX. I have my sights set on the D750 but I was originally going to wait a little while to see a few hundred £s knocked off the price.

However, I have recently seen it advertised on expeditelectronics for £1279 body only. This is heavily discounted so call me cynical.....but is this a case of 'too good to be true'?

I want to stay away from grey imports as there are too many inconsistent reviews about dealing with them (definitely don't want to start a grey import topic though! ) but I couldn't find anything on their site to suggest these were grey.

Can anyone shed some light?

Apart from returning items and avoiding paying uk tax.

Saving money is ok, but you need to look carefully and buy from a reputable buyer, or accept the risks of buying from abroad.

Thanks guys, seems this is a grey import then. Appreciate the heads up about the contact details etc.....surely a reputable retailer would want to be contacted!

I have also found one on HDEW at a similar price with savings. But the good thing is they are based in Surrey with a shop that's not far from me. I may pay them a visit, as that could avoid the whole internet purchase thing anyway.

......or am I just being too tempted into a grey import by the £500 saving ?

Through a third party so might as well be an import. Stick with Hdew or Panamoz as they have the best reputation here.

Thanks @Willo and @Peter B, I think I will after I have done a little more digging. Got my sights on the Sigma 105 Macro to go with it, but probably need some glass that will give me some flexibility. Certainly looking to be a costly upgrade from DX to FX.
