North Berwick long exposures

Another first for me, after getting my tripod and 3way head, decided to go out and give it a go! Wasnt the best light, and sea was very rough.
Any comments welcome, anyone fancy a trip out in East lothian/Edinburgh?
p.s. i know theres a couple of dust bunnys:LOL:

all taken with the A700 and sigma 18-50mm, UV filter only, various apertures, around 30sec exposures.
 
are they that bad??:shrug:
 
they are not that bad, just not that good either.

sorry to be so frank, north berwick is one of my favourite places to visit so i know there is loads you can shoot there!

they seem to lack a focal point and are too underexposed for me also.
 
I think one of the problems is that they seem to be slightly out of focus, both foreground and background. But I think #1 has potential - needs a bit more work to perhaps make it a bit more contrasty. It's not an easy location, though - I've taken shots from that spot myself and didn't rate any of them.

hi didnt make any cc before but the re-vamp ones are a lot better
i thought they were ok before but now i like them a lot !!!! lets here it for pp:clap::clap:(y)
