Was about to take this spider earlier when suddenly from nowhere a grasshopper jumped straight into its web and the spider was on it in seconds, stunned, wrapped dinner sorted..
Thanks, that is what I was thinking yesterday the bug world is a constant battle field / war zone, which I witnessed yesterday first hand as a large 45mm + Hornet flew into a spiders web deliberately grabbed the spider from the middle and ripped it apart with its jaws in front of my mesmerized eyes then once finished cut the web with its jaws that was snagging him and off he went absolutely brilliant sight but gruesome one and have learned since they do this often even stealing spiders catches for themselves..
