Nice - there's something distracting just to the left of her left eye (as you look at it), it's either her hair, or some clone tool gone bad. That keeps pulling my eye, other than that, the eyes are a striking feature - not sure I would have gone B&W, as I love the colour complexity of eyes.

Furtim, very good points. That distracting part are hair which are a bit out of focus (f4). I've tried to make them less visible, but I guess I failed :bang: Also, I am working on colour version of the same photo. I think I'll post it tomorrow.
