Panasonic Lumix FZ28, has anyone used the DMW-LT55 Telephoto Lens ?

I was just looking on the net for some info on my camera which is a Lumix FZ28 and i came across this

Has anyone on here used one and if so what results have you had ? Does it work in auto mode or does it have to be in manual mode etc ?

I still have my Panasonic FZ18, and I bought the Olympus Tcon1.7, which is as good as the Panosonic version but a lot cheaper. Both need the DMW-LA3 E Lens Adaptor to allow the Panasonics zoom to operate freely.

The results are not bad at all.

I allways used the manual modes anyway, no reason it would'nt work in the auto modes though.

The results were better when not at full zoom mind.

It was the combo that got me to move onto my first DSLR though, so beware.

If you get that, and the adapter, why not consider the Raynox DCR-250 macro lens as well, It really is an excellent cheap macro option
