Hey, and welcome to TP! I like the picture and the idea, but there's something I'm not really sure about. The red color of the "fork" seems off, and the white propeller on the front is rather distracting. Perhaps if you shot it from the other side we could only see the spinning wheel?
 
i will try taking something with it from the other side and see how it looks. As for the orb im unsure as to how you mean. i take it you mean spin it on the string and have a long exposure? if so then i would have to wait till quite late at night but could probably try it. cheers for the ideas

Basically yes lol, I did it with my little girls led snow globe, you get some interesting results
