The combination is lovely, really nice DOF and lovely crisp shots. the metering seems quite a bit more accurate/sensitive than on my 550D so need to get used to that, might just be me though!

I use spot metering most of the time, but i've found the 5D2 underexposing quite a bit where in the same situation my 550D would expose fine. most of the time changing it to evaluative on te 5D2 results in a better exposed photo, unless theres a lot of contract then ill still use spot and dial in a little exposure comp
