Point & shoot Recommendations Please - £250 To Spend.

My friend is selling his camera kit & is replacing it with a compact P&S.

It will mainly be used for headshots of patients (before & after treatment).

His budget is £250 or less for something upto the job.

Panasonic LX3

Only a short zoom range 24-60mm, but F2-2.8 and very good noise handling. Also has full manual control, and an awesom leica lens.

You'd be looking a 2nd hand to come within budget, or in this case i'd stretch the budget a little

Thanks for the advice - I will point him in that direction.

Prices appear to be around £300 on Ebay for a used example & around
£350 new.

Does that sound about right?
