Nice vibrant colours and dof. I'm no expert on flower photography but my personal opinion is to crop vertical on this as there is too much empty space and clutter at the bottom. Like I said I'm no expert just giving my opinion on what I can see cheers

I agree on the subject of cropping vertically However I do like the sharpness, colour and DOF.

I think the 1st version was better personally, however both very good with great color

I prefer the portrait crop. makes the plant stand out for me- composition and BG are spot on well shot John
