Excellent set, the wood louse does look a little soft. Is the fly ones cropped images or is the fly just big enough to capture at 1:1.

My Wife stood on a dead wasp in our bedroom and its head fell off... as she squealed I chucked it all out of the window but your other thread with Bilbo would have suited it.
 
Hi Bryn, thank you for your comments. The WL is a little sharper if you click to expand the image (if it requires it on your browser) but my son insisted I photograph it haha.

The flies are slight crops. Nothing too much but was just a touch too small to fill out the frame so yes, a little crop. :)

Brilliant stuff Ian. Numbers 2 and 3 are most appealing to me (love those blue/green backgrounds), but all are great.
