heres a shot i took about 15months ago, what do you guys think? I think i need to lighten it up a little.

It looks a little dark on my screen and it usually has a tendancy to make photos look quite bright in general, so I'd agree with lightening it up a little. I think it would help the composition also, as currently I can't stop myself looking at the newspaper! If the face were lighter then it might draw my eyes in more easily. Hard to say without seeing an altered version. Good shot though.
