Driving past Scampton yesterday evening I saw four of the Red Arrows practicing. Sun was going down quickly and it was clear they wouldnt be airborne much longer so I found a parking spot grabbed my camera and ran into a cornfield to grab these images. ISO and shutter speed all over the place as I wasnt contemplating sunset shots of fast jets!

Nice set.

As you say, not particularly good technically but still interesting.

Nice set. I really think 3 would look great rotated 90degrees counter clockwise.

In that case Adam I had my 24-70 lens on after a visit elsewhere. If you have ever passed Scampton you will see theres hardly anywhere to get parked up so I had to find somewhere, change to my 80-400 then run into a field as the light was disappearing. I was lucky they hadnt already landed. As Nod said, not technically great but I was happy with the results.
