Hi all, a bit late but thought it was time to upload the photos from my trip to Rhodes in Greece at the end of June.
Feel free to leave comments and crit on these! Full set is viewable on my website - http://www.jrturnerphotography.co.uk/p725349014

5. Milky way from the garden of the villa.

6. Traditional views of Greece.

I really like 2 and 6. 6 could be improved with a lower sun to give that rich golden hour look but it's pleasant
Cheers mate! Agree with you there, sadly I didn't have many opportunities to be out in the golden hours with my camera. Not a photography holiday, but took all the gear along like usual!

I really didn't want to hijack the thread on this (honestly!), but

The A8 or S class is happening - that's the first priority

OK, enjoy life like on benefits while saving for the barge, and be warned when they break, they break the bank. You may not even enjoy driving one as much as you think - they are passenger cars.

Very nice set.
For me, #4 is let down by the movement in the sun umbrella.
The ghosting effect is leaves lets down what is otherwise a cracking shot.
My favourite would have to be #1 simply because it has such a calm feel to it.

A good set, the first one seems a really complete scene. The tones in the sea are really appealing visually, and the composition is great.
Theyre all pretty good, though the first and the third shots appeal to me more.

I like number 1 and 4 :)
Thanks Eve! :)

Cheers Ruth! The problems with long exposure! I have some that were not long exposure, but they lose the calm feel of a flat sea.
No4 , as it makes me want to go on holiday
Thanks Vishal!
