Lovely set Bernie, I thought the flying was very good, but the static display wasn't as good as in previous years. Still my prayer to the sun god worked, just wish I had taken a hat! Only just staring to go through mine, so I will try and post as soon as I can.

Twice I've managed to get out this year and twice I've got sunburned, will I never learn! I go with my eldest son and we both enjoy looking at some hardware close up and on the odd occasion managing to take a look inside, but I know what you mean. Still hopefully the RNAS show at Culdrose is my next stop. Note to myself remember and apply more sun cream.

PS on another note, we had a letter back from the RAF about my father in law, they have told us due to lack of staff and resources it will be about 10 weeks before we hear anything

That's a nice selection Bernie... Probably the best set I've seen so far.
I didn't think this year's show was as good as 2013 to be honest and the RIAT organisation for Friday was dire at times! It was also quite sad that so many aircraft went 'tech' before the show... I was really looking forward to seeing the F-35B and the PRXIX Spit too.
