[Delta Skies]

I only just got this shot as the tide was coming in quickly at Scarborough's South Bay. I liked the colours in the rocks and reduced the reflections in the water with a polariser.

For me your a lil between shots here. Its not macro to show the real details close up and your also not lookin at a shot with enough in it . Id rather see this in the forground of a landscape shot.

Thanks Phill. I appreciate what you are saying about it being in between. Maybe the only way this would work is as a set of similar images. On it's own guess it is missing something.

I personally think it's a fantastic, colourful picture, and the sharpness of the picture also accentuates the sharpness of the shells. The colours are superb, and the tide lines guide you around the image. My only issue is that a square format doesn't really suit; it's generally used for things with much more geometrical structure
