I'm always on the look - out for new locations to photograph and our regional tv channel did a piece on Roydon Common so off I went. This is my second visit, the first being a bit of a scouting trip. The heather is in fantastic bloom at the moment and, on arrival, the mist was a bonus. I will pay further visits as Autumn and Winter draw on.
