I'd like to see it bigger to comment on.
 
I agree with Phil. I would like to see a crop from the middle to the right. Everything from the middle to the left just seems a waste, because they are so small in the frame.
 
A bit too over processed for me. It's got that over-detailed, too textured look. The sky and sea seem to over-power the buildings, and surely the buildings are the story here.
