Well despite looking on the internet still cannot ID this strange looking critter.It looks very sinister with it's black cloak and those pincers. Thought the cloak and it's general sinister look reminded me of Darth Vader!Any ID would be great.

I can't give you a positive ID yet but, if you're searching, I believe you should be concentrating on the "Micro Moth" family. I'll get back to it later if you're still stuck.
I could be a mile off though.

Definitely looks like it comes from the 'Dark Side'.
 
I have been looking on Google and the nearest thing is something like the 'Longhorn Beetle'.

Send a copy to the Natural History Museum they'll be able to tell you.

Anyway good capture(y) and seems to be.

Longhorn caddis fly "Mystacides Azuera"

Had to do a bit of looking up to find it for you.
