Critique second attempt at an eye

Again I like this - I think you have a good formula here.

For me ... even though it is blurred the ear is still distracting.

Secondly - and this is more controversial in photographic ethical terms I think ......if the image is intended as a 'work of art' that could hang on anybody's wall then I think the small ?pimple on the bridge of the nose should be cloned out, as it distracts.

If it is intended as a portrait shot for the person photographed then I think I would discuss it with them. And if it is a temporary skin blemish (eg a pimple) then I would suggest removing it - but only if they agreed.
 
The eye itself (great colour choice) and the immediate area look fantastic, but the rest of the image is detrimental to what is very evoking. The framing does work though.
