Went to a Viking event today, at Tutbury Castle near Burton on Trent. I spent most of the time shooting the re-enactors.

Thanks. The oversharpening is a side-effect of the reduction in size...the full size images are not like that. The blue cast? Intentional processing choice...I like the cool look, although I suppose not everone will. I do wonder how much of a blue cast you are seeing, as it is very minimal here (calibrated display)...

My monitor is calibrated. You're right, it's all a personal choice. The framing & exposure are cracking though!

Craig I have enjoyed looking at the shots as they are something different & yes they do look a tad over sharpened but not so when looking through to those on Flickr
