Silent Pool at Sunrise

Got a new lens and CPL so forced myself out of bed today to use it, this is probably the first time I've ever gotten up early for something like this.. maybe it can be the start of something new for me.

The area is sheltered by trees, but I got a bit of light on the top of the tree here.

what advantage did your new lens offer you...
i like the shot..and personally would hack it to bits with pp to suit my aggravated style
but getting up so early

It gave me a wider focal length than I've had before.

I've not done any advanced pp on landscapes I would like to learn. This was all in lightroom
