Silloth on Solway To Criffel Scotland

Colours look strange on the stone and groyne sticking out too sea. Shadows almost a purple colour.
Personally I'd crop this square, removing all of the left side of the image. Mono would look good too.

That's just how it was with the light that day I was hoping for a glorious sunset but it was incredibly grey and overcast. The groynes aren't wood they're made from that sandy coloured pebbled concrete. I have another shot of it from a tighter perspective on my 500px page which is here http://500px.com/photo/79452807
