I went in to the mountains after Xmas with some friends. As I have problems with my knee, on one day I just took my camera and went with others to make few pictures of them. And that was good opportunity to practice panning:D
Here are some shots :) not the best composition wise but what the hell :D
C+C are welcome

thx

You've sure caught the skiers in sharp focus, so that's great!
I am no expert in panning shots, but IMO I think you could use a slower shutter speed to get more of the blur to the background.
I know there are togs here who know more about the panning technique so lets hope few of them come around to give you more detailed feedback.

They're cracking for first shots, I personally would get closer, but you could do that with PP as the quality is definitely there.
Impressive exposure on not blowing the snow I've always thought it was hideous to shoot

Thx a lot guys :)
I was shooting on manual to get good exposure..otherwise I was getting just black statues on white snow :D
Slowest I went was 1/15 but non of those shots came out any good :/

Great effort. Panning is an art that takes a while to get comfortable with.

Well done and hope the Knee gets better
