Some pictures I would like to share of the snow. All within the Colchester, Essex area.

Some nice images there however if I can pick faults in them?

The first looks a bit over exposed, the distinction between the top of the roof and the sky in non existent.

The scond one is a very nice image, just a little under exposed for my liking.

The last one, I quite like the use of colour but I can't help feeling the B&W part (especially the houses) needs more punch. Just an increase in contrast will probably do. :)
 
Thanks for that Amp34, very helpful. Unfortunately for the first one I had a phone line appear across the roof of the church and sky. Once erased and re-coloured the roof seemed to be lost within the sky. Shame I can't re-shoot it now.
 
Love the first, a beautiful building.
 
Thanks for the comments all. First time I have really used my new camera. The building on the first picture is the church at the top of my road, lovely building to past everyday.

The Lightship always proves to be a great place to take a photo. Looking to get down to the area when the lights along the front are on.

I like the look of your photo looking down the River Colne.
