Some more from Aviemore

A few more from my trip to Aviemore. The first two were taken just after 0500 when the mist was slowly lifting off the pond to turn into a wonderful morning when the next three were taken.

Nothing special about the early morning ones but I like them because they are a bit different.

All with 1DX & 300 f2.8 MkII.

A super set Gaz - that light is wonderful - and to be a bit picky the water is sloping a tad in the first shot (and I'm only saying that cos I'm green with envy!!).

I did level the water but then the ripple in the water looked a bit odd so in the end I just left it

Nice set Gaz,
Last day of the Osprey season for me even though I had eleven birds fish this morning, they are forecasting SNOW on high ground tomorrow so the Ospreys will be off soon.

Thank you for the positive comments.

It was a good trip and worth the journey. I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in wildlife photography. Seeing these birds up close is just ace.
