Went for a walk this morning, took my camera bag and a monopod with me. I found these lively little fellows:

#1

#2 (Cap'n Jack Sparrow, maybe?)

#3

#4 (looks like their boss)

Thanks for looking :)

C&C are appreciated.

number 5 has a lovely composition!! they look a little grainy though...are they crops?? the detail is still there which is nice

Thanks purpleclouds, yeah, they're all crops, usually between 100% and 70% of the original size.
In fact, #1, #3 and #4 are 100% crops, #2 is about 80% of the original size.
The last two could be about 70% of the original size.

I've done no noise reduction at all, so the details should be there.

No 5 works best for me-with a lovely diagonal flow. The first four I find a bit too tight in the frame, a little more empty space would benefit them (IMO)

Not just any old Sparrows m8 ... :cautious: ... you've captured the inimitable Tree Sparrow ... ;)

And rather well in some of these images too ... :D ... especially the last two ... (y)
