Dont know if I could have done them any better, but I'm fairly pleased with them.

I dont think I can do that with my camera, its only a Panasonic bridge camera.

2nd image looks too flat.
These sort of shots always seem to work better at night with the interior lights on.

No, but the flash could temporarily 'blind' him/her and cause them to miss a signal or sign etc. - Pretty remote chance i agree, but possible. This why flash is forbidden on the underground, although things are worse there because of the fact that it is darker.
