It's normally Mrs Rudesing posting photos here (although not in the Transport forum), but last week I got the opportunity to go airside at Stansted so thought I'd take the opportunity to take along the camera and see if I could get any decent shots. Having been the first time I've attempted taking aircraft photos, then I saw as soon as I'd got home that for a large number I had not set enough positive exposure compensation so many were underexposed, and I'm guessing that the number of shots where the tailplane was missing might indicate my panning technique was not quite spot on! It was a good learning experience though, and hopefully I learnt enough from it that some of the shots I took at Farnborough last week will come out a bit better.
Anyway, here are some of the better ones so appreciate any comments you may have.
