Well that is a hansom specimen I love starlings, we had a few visit our window feeder a couple of weeks back...this looks well exposed though a touch soft, I don't think it's a focus issue particularly but just a general slight lens softness issue at least that's what it looks like, a little sharpening should help alleviate this 
I'm really not a fan of the white vignette, it just doesn't do anything to support the image for me and truth be told IMO only works on a limited number of images and processing styles..
There's a couple of spots where it looks like you need to pay a little more care to cloning as its very obvious that something has been cloned out, I'm looking at the back of the starling leading to the right of frame, and about an inch above the bill
