Hi

A Stream Roddlesworth Tockholes NR Chorley Lancashire, which is the best composition or are they both, well composed as I want to go back and do a re-shoot, in better conditions, please comment, promise I never put that kind leaf in the bottom right its natural, fall how lucky I never realized till I saw it on my Lappy, does it help make the images or detract from them as I think without it the stone would just be a bland dark stone

No1 because it is not so tightly cropped at the bottom.
Water blur is just right in both.

I prefer the second one Dave. Nice shot

Less distraction, far better flow through the picture, in my opinion

Both lovely shots - love the colours and the movement of the water - I think, for me. #1 jut pips it :D

Number 1 is definitely the stronger composition. Number 2 looks more 'busy' and not as visually appealing IMO.

Both are very nice photographs and what lovely colours. Number one just pips it for me as there is better spacing between all of the elements. If I was to be really, really picky maybe a slight crop to the bottom of the water may help with the overall proportions. Looks like you found a great spot.
