On a glorious winters norning I was out in Kidderminster taking these of the Santa Special trains on the Severn Valley Railway

Credit must go to the metering on the 400D I had only the tiniest tweaks to make in camera raw,the histogram did not lie

Those are shot from the north end of the tunnel arent they? I never did figure how to get up there!

1 taken a tad too late - would be better to have the running gear not half hidden by shrubs which it wouldn't have been a few seconds before.

Take the Stourport road out of Kiddy turn right onto the estate just past the 40mph signs straight to the top of the hill then turn right and park by the fence on the edge of the woods
