Thanks. There was just a bit of rope forming the channels after the finish, I just sat on the floor and shot under it. It worked for the first dozen or so finishers but as it got busier I had to stand and dodge around the officials. I sent the shots of the winners to the local rag, you never know

I was given a tip about shooting runners to make sure you got them on the up or in the air and never as they were in the down phase of the stride - seemed to work ok.

The shot of the wheelchair winner is really nice - especially as you have the eye contact. They all look far to fit.... pass me another John Smiths!!
