I went back to the Ash tree with the resident Tawny Owl this morning.
Just wish I could get a better catchlight in those eyes.

kristoferjohn, I was about 10ft away from the owl. It sits at the mouth of this tree hole every day. I would really like to get up level with the bird but I think doing that would spook the bird & that for me is not to be done.
