The Cuckmere Valley in Winter

Thanks Pete, The South Downs way is great for hiking, biking and just taken a leisurely walk on parts of it, and it follows the Downs across Firle beacon in the second picture,

I do feel that 2/3/4 would probably benefit from some foreground interest ?

Thanks Roy,

Its only in the winter time that the foreground is a bit devoid of interest, Usually the fields are alive with rape, corn, wheat or similar and the area below the white horse is alive with sheep grazing on what is now flooded meadows.
For me to see this winter bleakness is quite beautiful in many ways.

Good set Geoff, but I'm loving the first one.
 
I like the frozen furrows gives really strong lead in lines to the shots.
