This was one i took today of the frozen reservoir, i just fancied seeing how it would look in mono...

That's really nice. The contrast is lovely.

But now I'm thinking 'a gate to a frozen reservoir?' Obviously there's land between, but it just shows what the snow can hide.

It would be nice to take a photo in the summer from the same place and put them together.

Ahh, yes! Calf Hey, Ogden and Holden Wood. Is the cafe/visitor center still at the car park? Must get back to some of our old haunts!

Yes, the visitors centre is still on the car park but i've never been in the cafe...
