I think with this one I would consider desaturating the picture a bit and leaving in the lady in red. Not selective colouring, but would help draw your eye away from all the background, which I found myself looking at instead of your focal point. A bit cluttered all round for me.

The photo isn't that bad actually , there is alot in the background but its framed well and good lines. 6/10 from me
