It's crooked.

The main question I want to ask after looking at this, is... why? Why did you take it? Why do you want me to look at this person? What do you want me to think?
 
I'm drawn to the bollards and the lamp post at an angle.

Really look into the shot I see the fellas hat as a 'bit different'.

What am I missing? I'm intrigued? (Not trying to be negative)
