Hello,

Been looking around for a bit now, and this is my first post.

can any one tell me what car this is please ? Any comments very welcome:)

Gilberns are much flatter at the front (no pronounced lip at the bonnet as in this photo) also the Gilbern badge is square rather than round.

Nice pic, I like the d-o-f and your reflection in all the chromework isn't too obtrusive at all.

Still trying to i.d. the car .........

FWIW I'm pretty certain it is a Gilburn, but an earlier Gilburn GT like this one ...

My 1st thought was Gilburn Invader too.
 
Not an Invader. Defo a Gilbern GT but with non-standard front bumper.
 
Yup - I see where you're coming from now. GT from the sixties and quite desirable these days.
 
Just googled Gilburn GT images and it certainly looks like a GT model.

Nice shot by the way Craig....like it.
 
Not sure what the car is but it's a cool shot. The red background works well with the red car, and as a detail shot it's simple and nicely composed. Think you've handled this well.
 
An intriguing shot indeed,it might well be a Gilbern but I haven't yet found one with straight edged wings and that 'nose' :thinking:
