I took this in Manchester at the weekend after a session at a beer festival.

The building, or part of on the right spoils it for me, I do like the color in the reflections from the glass on the building though. A lovely piece of architecture.

Do you think the printworks needs cropped out then?

I like the way you echoed the traffic cones in the church steeple on the left hand edge.

That said, it fails overall for me because it lacks a strong graphic element to make it stand without a level of fine detail; and the fine detail isn't easily made out in the shadows.

It might work better with even more foreground, so that the reflection of the whole building were visible; or an alternative crop just above the red traffic light to remove the buildings and leave the wet reflections. It's a pity that the three obvious red spots aren't along the same line.
