Came across this one when looking through old RAW files - don;t know why i didn't do anything with to at the time. It was taken after an afternoon shooting around Richmond Park after a snow storm cleared up (a few other good shots of deer looking unhappy in the snow came out well). It was the layering of the trees that made me look at this one again. The yellowish tint is due to the conditions at the time. i actually desaturated the colours a bit

I do like this, my only thought is that the real interest is in the recession of trees and the layers, which is confined to the bottom part of the image. Not a lot you can do about this now! Is there opportunity to bring out some more texture in the sky? Or would a more lettebox crop work with the sky reduced by half?
