Water colour conversion

OK - I know this is a bit of a marmite thing and that some like it and other don't but ........ on the Elements Village site (which I think is a must for anyone who has PSE) I came across this method of converiting an image to water colour. Seems a flexible one rather than just pushing buttons.

As some folk like to see the original I have given that too.

I went through a phase of liking this photo to art approach but have since moved away. However the one piece of FREE software I found good was as per this link

Thanks for this - but have to say I am getting a bit disillusioned with 'free' downloads as they often seem to come with nasties

I've NOT either, it works a treat, I'm prepping on of my pics to get a canvas done.
