What does everyone think of this amateur snap from a concert?

I think it is, as you say, an amateur snap from a concert. I'm not getting much from it. I can't see who's on stage. It doesn't say much about the venue, or the crowd.
 
Hi Lucy - you didn't say what you were trying to achieve. I think you've tried to capture the feeling of excitement in the crowd rather than the act themselves, which is great, but if that was the case I would have liked to see the focus on the arms in from rather than the square lights on the stage. In fact there is a phone in the right middle that could have made a good focal point.

It might have been interesting to take the picture facing the crowd to see expressions on faces etc. Did you use your phone or did you have the flexibility of a dSLR? Obviously if taken with your phone then you would be limited in what you could have done both in terms of exposure and focusing.

Looks like everyone enjoyed the concert! Hope you did too.
