What is this Gull Eating ?

Walking back form a photoshoot I came across this huge Black Backed Gull eating something big, So I took a few quick shoots form about 500m, however, I cannot identify what it is eating ?

Best guess is a bird of some sort as it appears to have two legs and feathers.

It's a greater black=backed gull, actually. They're a bit brutish. But I can't work out what it's eating..... Very strange.

I know on Skomer they're very adept at catching Manx Shearwaters, they then rip off the wings before swallowing the rest of the bird, so maybe the same but with a Pigeon?
