Yes
I'm looking at getting a rear lcd screen protector for my Canon 40D. So far i have seen the Delkin and Giottos listed. I'm not sure which are better. What type do you use, if any?

Personally, I use GGS protectors; which are great.

you don't need one on a D3 :)

GGS here too, I get the feeling the Giottos one may be the GGS one rebranded and sold for 5x the price :cautious:

Apparently not - I was a bit miffed when I opened all the boxes...

Hoodman do an 'almost-Nikon' screen protector that clips into the recesses - which are still on the camera, so Nikon obviously intended for there to be one, just decided not to include them as we all lost them if they weren't tied on anyway and they cost £25 to replace...

I actually like them as I find it easier to peer through a dirty screen protector than a dirty screen for some wierd reason...

The thought of lashing-out £100 of my own money though...stings a bit...

I though GGS was 'Giottos Glass Screen' - no rebranding needed

Well I'll be damned! Never crossed my mind

Nope the Giotto ones have Giotto on them plus some other writing in top corner.

GGS have GGS and the camera model on the bottom.
According to some the GGS are thicker and offer more protection

Well, for what its' worth, GGS are doing me fine so far; whatever GGS stands for.
