Hi all,

Just back from the frozen North and managed to capture these in Whitby yesterday. Not what I went for, but sometimes mother nature has a habit of disappointing you and thrilling you at the same time. I'm pleased with them (and the black and white conversions). Let me know what you think.

I think my favourite would have to be the last shot.love the colour of the sky. great set!

Exif says f20 which might be the reason these look quite soft. Many lenses start getting softer due to diffraction when stopped down that much. f11 to f13 will be fine for shots like this and you may find the results a lot sharper. unless the ruins are leaning a few of these need straightening too.
