Erred on the side of safety and only took my 350D on holiday. Wished I'd taken the 7D or 1D MK IV, will do next time tho. Still, the 350 is a trusty wee stand in.

Not got the wow factor,but really great to see something different nice capture.
 
Full of excuses as always.
 
  1. .........any way, no excuses needed. They're in focus, decently composed and I've managed to hold the whites on what was a very bright and sunny day.

They may be all you say, but because of the background they are unbalanced and look a little strange

Unusual for you ………..

maybe put a small 2 or 3 pixel darkish frame around each image, not the solution to the improvement of the composition but it may help to add definition to the overall image
