Agree with this unfortunately. Not used that particular one but the one I did use caused horrible vignetting, general softness and hideous distortion.
 
Hmmm.

I've had two of these. One was optically quite poor but it managed to actually gave an interesting look so it had its plus points in a Lomo sort of way. The other one I had was really quite good and when viewing on screen you couldn't see anything wrong.

So, buy with caution and you may be pleasantly surprised. Maybe you can Google your way to some user reviews and example shots taken with the adapter you're looking at.
